We are happy to announce that 2015 bands are here! And we have our first Spangle Sky chick banded with PURPLE colored band. Her name is “Baby Cloud,” she is very lovable birdie, surprisingly calm and handy. I was amazed how she was able to spend in that position for 30(!!!) minutes. Please enjoy her pictures, such a nice gal!

WE DONT HAND-FEED OUR BABIES, BUT

Breeding season has started and one of the hens already decided that she is no longer wants to be a mommy, and daddy also got bored fast of feeding and breeding, so we have to roll up our sleeves and start hand-feeding those two little buggers. Let me tell you guys, hand-feeding is extremely hard job that required tons of patience and time. Please see pictures of Young Sky hen – “Baby Sky” and Young Cinnamon Cobalt hen “Baby Cinnamon”.  It is such a joy to see them growing!

“Baby Sky” and “Baby Cinnamon” are resting.

“Baby Sky” is a “poster” gal.

“Baby Cinnamon” LOVES to cuddle!
